All claims and returned items must be accompanied by the invoice and must be returned within 48 hours of purchase. All returns are subject to a 20% handling charge when not due to Novak Auto Parts’ error. Under no circumstances is Novak Auto Parts responsible for labor charges. This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or neglect. Any merchandise disassembled or abused voids warranty. Electrical parts are not returnable. All special order parts are under suppliers warranty and all shipping charges incurred in procuring those parts are nonrefundable. The following items are sold as is, are non-returnable, and are excluded from Novak’s Warranty: tires, glass, electrical parts, body panels, special cuts, wheels, and special-order parts. All other in-stock parts are guaranteed for 90 days, but the parts are not guaranteed to solve the problem with your vehicle.
